Designed the mobile experience for Perk HRMS to support on-the-go access to key ESS functions, ensuring simplicity and usability. Alongside this, worked on HRiQ, an AI-driven grievance management concept aimed at helping users raise concerns more intuitively through guided interactions and intelligent categorization. The mobile experience focused on reducing friction, improving accessibility and making the experience more fun.
