Introduction

Life Outside Office

Hi 👋 I’m Nitin, a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience designing enterprise software, SaaS systems, and mobile applications. I currently lead UX design for Perk HRMS at Brio Technologies, working across product strategy, complex workflows, design systems, and AI native experiences.

I’m deeply curious about human behaviour, psychology, and how people make decisions, especially in environments where complexity creates friction. My work focuses on simplifying systems, reducing uncertainty, and designing experiences that feel intuitive, scalable, and grounded in real user needs, business goals, and technical realities.

My journey into product design began with photography and visual design, where I developed a strong eye for observation and storytelling. Today, I’m equally excited by thoughtful UX, emerging AI workflows, and modern ways designers can go beyond traditional boundaries to create greater impact.

Outside work, you’ll probably find me brewing coffee, taking photos, reading philosophy, or chasing adrenaline through football and adventure sports.

Manual brewing is more than good coffee, it’s a weekend ritual that doubles as a meditation.

Paragliding over Himalayas, never felt more alive in my life.

Taking home player of the tournament is an honor, but we came second :(
